What a weekend! We headed east to Desert Aire this weekend to get some sun and relaxation. After cramming 6 people and enough food to feed an army into the SUV we ended up in 82 degree weather at 8pm at the cabin on Friday night. There are probably too many memories and "had to have been there moments" to blog about, but I thought that I would highlight some of the best parts:
- Sarah Palin references in CatchPhrase
- Charli informing us that WaterDog is another term for Seagul
- Lots of delicious food, including but not limited to: turkey burgers, apple french toast, wraps, jambalaya, waffles - there goes the 5 pounds lost
- Dead boat battery
- Banana Liquor
- Sunburns
- 10 pounds of cookies
- Interrogating Jarod
All in all it was a PERFECT weekend spent with family!
